Lupe is the heart and backbone of Naly’s, a proud father to Lariza and Alejandro. A dedicated and hardworking man, he is always striving for growth and success. Family means the world to him, and you can always count on him to bring a smile to the room! He is a very easy going, yet wise man.

Alejandro, the proud son of Guadalupe and Analilia “Naly,” is a 26-year-old entrepreneur who has played an essential role in helping his family business grow alongside his father and sister, Lariza. When he’s not meeting with clients or overseeing job sites, you’ll likely find him on the golf course or catching a sports game. Alejandro is a dedicated family man who enjoys staying active and cherishing quality time with his loved ones.

OPERATIONS MANAGER/DESIGNER

Lariza, a proud Topeka native, is the daughter of Guadalupe and Analilia, and the older sister of Alejandro. She joined the family business in 2020 and quickly became an important part of the team. Not only does she keep operations running smoothly, but she also brings her creative vision to life through stunning designs for the company, helping our clients bring their visions to reality! Outside of work, Lariza is a dedicated mom, cheering on her daughter and son at their sports events, and a supportive wife to her husband. In her free time, she likes to stay active to keep her mind and body in top shape.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Belen, a 27-year-old Topeka native, is the newest addition to the Naly’s team. With nearly a decade of experience in customer service and a strong drive for growth, she has quickly become an invaluable asset to our team. When she’s not making memories with her son, you’ll likely find her on the golf course or enjoying time with her dog. Belen cherishes moments spent with family and friends, embracing opportunities to create lasting experiences!

LEAD FOREMAN

Erick is a cornerstone of the Naly’s team, with over five years of dedicated service that exemplify his commitment to growth and excellence. When he’s not leading a crew, Erick enjoys quality time with his wife and kids, and is always watching a good sports game. Known for his great sense of humor, you can always count on him to lighten the mood and make you laugh!
