Our team

Guadalupe is the owner of Naly's. He has over 20 years of experience in carpentry and masonry. He enjoys working 24/7 whether its at work or home. When not at work he loves spending time with his two grandchildren and wife. 

Alejandro Mateos is the Co-Owner of Naly's. He enjoys interacting with clients and building outdoor spaces. When he's not learning ways to improve your outdoor space he enjoys working on his marksmanship and spending time networking to create new connections. 

Lariza is the  Business Operations manager. She helps run an efficient company here at Nalys. Lariza is married to Ozkar Chavira and has two children Layla & Ozkar Jr. . They are proud to be raising their family in Topeka. When she is not at work she is either at sport events, spending time with family & friends, or brainstorming new ideas with her brother Alex. Lariza enjoys staying active and being outdoor enjoying nature. In addition she also enjoys supporting her local community and small businesses. Lariza is inspired by her parents that anything is possible as long as you work hard, stay positive & motivated at all times.
