The Process

You may believe a new outdoor space comes with headaches during the process, but we are here to break that stereotype and make your project go as smoothly and efficiently as possible! To begin the process, we advise you to fill out our inquiry form which is located in the “Request an Appointment” tab and enter the details of your project. Once we receive your message, you will be contacted for a consultation to discuss your project in depth. Typically our schedule is one to four weeks out, depending on the season. Once the consultation is complete, you should receive your bid and design within 3-7 days. We will help you design and create a space you love throughout the process. Our goal is to complete your project within your budget and on time! 

A design may not be necessary for every project, but including a designer will alleviate the stress of planning a project. Designs provide inspiration and direction! Having exact plans will allow you to see the final product and make any changes necessary. New options and materials can be provided through the design process, these may introduce new ideas on what you are looking for. The details within designs facilitate the building process for our crew and potential subcontractors during larger scaled projects.

We encourage you to ask questions to fully understand the process of your project. Our responses will be honest and provide the necessary information. Naly’s goal is to exceed your expectations and leave a lasting impression. We are extremely proud of our work and would love to make your outdoor dreams come to life!

The products we use are for a reason. High quality materials cost more due to the durability of the products and the included warranties. Cheap products will require maintenance, quicker replacement, and a shorter life span. soon. Naly’s stands by the quality of their work and will not perform cheap jobs. 

A budget of $5,000 will not cover the cost of us building a deck, patio, outdoor kitchen, and landscaping. Our last intention would be to swindle you out of your hard earned money. We strive to provide our crew with living wages, while still having to purchase quality materials, delivery and freight fees, and even permits. Quality builds cost a good amount of money. Your inspiration pictures may cost more than you were envisioning. Investing in your property will allow for a great space and a tremendous return value.

This is probably correct if you are comfortable with measuring your area, buying the pavers, excavating 8 inches, installing a proper base, finding level, aligning the pavers, and laying them each individually. Don’t forget to broom the sand between the joints, and apply a fine mist. 

If this is not applicable in your routine, it would be best to hire a contractor. Hiring an expert will save your time, future repairs, and your back! 

Even if we had planned to begin your patio on a Monday, there is nothing we can do if it is raining on that Monday. Even if your project start date is set to begin in August, nothing can be done if the local jurisdiction has not given us approval. We submit our plans with ample time to be processed and approved, but there may be instances in which the local jurisdiction is past due. Kansas weather and local government permits are a few things that are outside of our control. Our team will ensure you are aware and notified of any changes made to the start date during these circumstances.
